Senior? Mobility-impaired? No problem.

ShastaConnect’s Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) services are specifically for Shasta County’s senior riders (60+ years of age) and mobility-impaired individuals (18 and over). Our door-to-door service helps anyone who can’t use conventional transit services get where they need to go, whether it’s a trip to the grocery store, the doctor’s office, or a friend’s house.

Our staff goes above and beyond.

Our team of drivers is dedicated to providing all riders with attentive, friendly service, and a great transportation experience. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

CTSA services are available Monday through Friday.  Rides are provided from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Dispatch hours to schedule a ride are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

We generally request 24-hour advance reservation, but we can sometimes accommodate late or same-day requests depending on our schedule.

We currently serve the following areas:
Redding, Cottonwood, Anderson, Happy Valley, City of Shasta Lake, Lakehead, Bella Vista, Millville, Palo Cedro, French Gulch, and Burney. But if your area isn’t listed, that doesn’t necessarily mean we won’t pick you up. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to get you where you need to go.

Trips are provided for eligible riders located outside the RABA service area or where trips are to/from the RABA service area.  We don’t provide trips that are only within the RABA service area. Do you provide service in my area?

How do I book a ride?

What hours do you operate?

Transportation services are available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.

How much does a ride cost?

Fares are three dollars ($3.00) per one-way trip for all riders.

How soon can I get a ride?

Do you have a mobile app?

Currently, we do not have a mobile app for our Monday-Friday service.  We’re focused on developing the app for Sunday service and hope to use this app for our Monday-Friday service in the future.  Stay tuned for updates!
