8:00 A.M. January 27, 2021 – ShastaConnect services are canceled through Noon today due to the amount of snow and lack of plowed smaller and rural streets. We’ll provide an update around Noon if our services will be able to resume for the afternoon.

4:00 P.M. January 26, 2021 – A winter storm warning has been issued for Northern California, including Shasta County from 4:00 p.m. January 26, 2021, through 2:00 a.m. January 29, 2021.  Significant rain and snow are being forecasted, with up to 3-11 inches of snow for the Redding area.  Riders are encouraged to only travel if necessary.  ShastaConnect services will likely be impacted if heavy snow falls in the area, most likely canceling services temporarily.  It’s possible we may be impacted by power outages as wel l.  Please follow us on Facebook for updates: https://linktr.ee/ShastaConnect.
