with curb-to-curb, on-demand service for all riders.
ShastaConnect’s Intermountain Area services are provided weekdays (Monday-Friday) for Shasta County’s residents living in the communities of Burney, Cassel, Fall River, and McArthur.
This includes the general public, as well as our Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) riders who are seniors (60+ years of age) and mobility-impaired individuals (18 and over). Our door-to-door service helps anyone who can’t use conventional transit services get where they need to go, whether it’s a trip to the grocery store, the doctor’s office, or a friend’s house.
Our team of drivers is dedicated to providing all riders with attentive, friendly service, and a great transportation experience. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
Our services are available Monday through Friday. Rides are provided from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Dispatch hours to schedule a ride are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
We generally request 24-hour advance reservations, but we can sometimes accommodate late or same-day requests depending on our schedule.
